Showing that good practice produces good results makes a good argument – but it MUST be backed up by making it possible for others to adopt the same practices. This means documenting, presenting and being available for discussions.
Some developers are more willing and able to help – both by solving technical problems and by sharing their knowledge. These contributions need to be recognised and encouraged.
