So What?

You may wonder at the relevance of this. All pretty obvious stuff.

However I would say not once has the company stood back and said look how different our business has become, what does this mean?

To be honest until I wrote the previous slide it hadn’t registered how much the solutions we provide have changed.

Don’t get me wrong the company has not stood still. If it had we wouldn’t be here today.

In my experience we have done is what many organisations do; react to symptoms and fail to identify the root cause.
