- 1H is a lower bid than 1S. South could have bid 2H.
- There were three passes following East's 2C bid - the auction should have ended there.
- East is not allowed to double his partner's bid. He may double if one of his opponents was last to bid.
- East may not re-double when his partner has doubled. You may only re-double if the opponents have doubled your side's bid.
