  1. 1H is a lower bid than 1S. South could have bid 2H.
  2. There were three passes following East's 2C bid - the auction should have ended there.
  3. East is not allowed to double his partner's bid. He may double if one of his opponents was last to bid.
  4. East may not re-double when his partner has doubled. You may only re-double if the opponents have doubled your side's bid.
